DELIVERIES
1. DELIVERY Delivery Zones
- We deliver to all municipalities of Parma and Reggio Emilia.
- Deliveries are available only on request and may incur additional costs and longer delivery times.
2. DELIVERY Delivery Times
- Orders placed by 1:00 pm will be processed and delivered by 4:00 pm on the same day.
- Orders placed after 4:00 pm will be processed and delivered by 11:00 pm on the same day.
STANDARD TIMES AND COSTS

- Standard national delivery takes 24/48 working hours, excluding the islands.
- Delivery times for international shipments vary depending on the destination and will be communicated at the time of order.
4. Shipping Costs
- Standard shipping is free for orders over €60 throughout Italy, including the islands.
- For orders under €60, a shipping fee of €10 is applied.
- International shipping costs vary depending on the destination and the weight of the package.- DELIVERY shipping costs for the municipalities of Parma and Reggio Emilia are €5 with a minimum order of €30
8. RETURN POLICY
- We accept returns only for defective or non-compliant products. (NO CANNABIS AND EXTRACTS)
- Returns must be requested within 7 days of delivery and the product must be returned in its original packaging.
