WHAT WE LIKE ABOUT HOPS
If you’re a fan of IPA beers, you’ll love the taste of hops in your joints. These oily flowers are loaded with aromatic terpenes that have a pleasant flavor and produce notable effects. For example, a high concentration of the terpene myrcene adds a sensation somewhat similar to a cannabis high.
WHAT WE DON’T LIKE ABOUT HOPS
Despite its great taste, hops are a bit unpleasant to smoke: their high oil content can actually irritate the throat. Furthermore, the thick resin produced by hops makes them burn quite slowly. This characteristic, appreciated by many smokers, can cause uneven combustion when smoking very dry cannabis that burns faster. Make sure you have ground and mixed both herbs evenly.
